FWIW: glass is always flowing, even when it is your table top holding up
your plate of food and your beverage in your glass... glass is a
"non-crystalline amorphous solid" and this "flowing" is
one reason why old glass window panes in old houses have verticle ripples
in them that distort the image... those ripples are from the flowing...
