I have a lot of (human) kids, and have found that the same
thing that works for toddlers works for parrots... when they're
doing something that's a no-no, give them something else to do.
My friend just made him some very chewable wood toys which he has
been enjoying, instead of going after the forbidden things. In
fact, they've been so successful that he is thinking of mass-
producing them and hawking them at one of the bird shows we have
here every couple months!
I take it you have a lot of birds? What are they and how
many?
