Check sharing settings on individual workstations and workgroup names
(misspelled?).

Depends.  If using a product like Discport your jukebox (CD tower)
connects directly to the cabling system (like JetDirect does for
printers) and doesn't put a load on the server.  The only requirement is
the Discport software to configure the CD's and appropriate .NLMs on the
server so the CD's can be seen as valid mounted volumes (included with
Discport).
