You have probably had a response by now, but I figured I'd throw in my 2
cents.
Delphi 3 has many improvements in the editor and debugger, the ability
to use "Packages" for creating thin applications for network or internet
distribution. Packages are simply special DLLs that contain the entire
VCL and Delphi libs so that only your code is compiled into the EXE.
Ability to easily create ActiveX controls and apps, and more.
