I don't understand why you dont get a better Carrier Freq and sysmbol rate

to David, as we proved that you can download from him at 4000Cps on a zipped

file using your line & my modem.

The above must prove that your line & exchange are capable of 1959Hz and

3429 symbol rate yet these are lower to Dave (with a better result in

connect speed and thoughput.
