What is RMiniNet for a Network?

It is a little network of the rest of the nodes there is back after a old
network was cosed by network name.
The network is telling that is is a littel mini network there like to get
more nodes in it.
The network is mostly wearing confrenceses there hav with Genealoy to do +
and some more interestig conferences.
It have not yet any network application for join the network but it will
come, i its inforrmation pack is there now some file for the echoes and how
the network is done and running.

The network like to get interested nodes for all over the world of and to grow up.
Nodes be feed by Internet mailer binkp, QWK, NNTP and FTP.
