I have several machines, one with a plug-in first HDD. All have C: as
FAT16 holding DRDOS and W9X. The rest is a single extended; D-G.
Three have System Commander booting Warp 4 from E: One has SC booting
eCs from E: One has OS Selector - by Acronis - booting Warp 4 from E:
Boot Manager is not active. It is just something to pay homage to
during install and then get out of the way.
I don't know anything about your: INSTALLDRIVE=x
