I've just posted the source code to what I am currently using (with varying success) as an outbound manager for Binkley for use with Tobruk. Now could someone post me the correct algorithm for doing this, so that I can recode? I'm not interested in trail-blazing, just the proper method. My current method leaves things to be desired. BFN.
