No worries, that's not your fault.  We'd better do something
about this though.  First of all, I cannot tell whether it is
a problem my end doing the zip.  However, the chances are that
since you have been collecting mail for donkey's years without
a problem, I would have to say that the chances are not a problem
with zip, it's too much of a coincidence your millions of errors.

Ok, now you are calling with V42bis, which means the modems 
shouldn't have any errors.  However, the fact that you are doing
so many Zmodem retries suggests that there is a problem outside
the modem.  

We need someone to think hard - I'm off, gotta get a Spirit.
