I have a scanner that requires Win 98. I plan to put it on a
seperate partition. I have System Commander, have had it for
maybe 10 years, in different versions. I'll finally use it for
what it was intended for. Partition commander comes with it, and
I've used that a lot.
98lite, which strips Win 98 down a lot, claims that Win 98 can
run on a 486DX33. With 4 meg ram. I am thinking about trying it
on my 486SX20 with 8 megs.
I have already run it on a 486DX100 with 16 megs. Done that
several times.
However, now that I have found USB drivers for Free Dos I may go
for that.
