Haven't used DOS for decades. But I seem to remember you just pass the
SID file to it on the command line. Something like

sidplay c:path\to\file\Rambo.sid

That is how I do it on Linux, using vsid as part of VICE when I want to
avoid the GUI.

vsid -console /path/to/Rambo.sid

But I'm just guessing.
