I just have a problem saying no to people I know. (especially women and
high management. )

Yep, but I also think they have to give us the tools to free up things that
do need to be done on the PC's. One of the most frustrating things I know
of is when I have to do something on a machine and security gets in the way
making it so I can't do my job.
