Catch it, using the OS/2 Interrupt Handling functions.  OS/2 has Interrupt
Handling Functions, similar to the C Signal Handling functions.

Another method, although I don't think it will work, is,

IF( Keystroke=CtrlBrk )
   SAY 'where to go' > Program.Ext
END
