Well, they are using Livingston Portmasters, but I don't know if they can set
the MTU by user.  I have talked to them about it, but they are baffled.  I 
ot
the patch from MS, and set the MTU size to 576, but that still didn't help.  

am awaiting more info from either MS or my ISP....
