It is Genesis II, Planet Earth and Strange New World.  Yes, there were
actually three made-for-TV movies that were variations on the theme of
Genesis II.  I have not seen the third, but John M. Ford told me about
it.  It is available on video, but last time I checked it was still
unaccountably priced at over $50.  Since Dr. Mike said it was the worst
of the three, I have never been motivated to spend that much to see it.

Remember that these were not direct sequels.  They were different
attempts to do the same basic story.  In the third of the movies, an
astronaut returning to Earth finds he has gone into the future.
