NOLO PRESS in Berkeley, California publishes a number of excellent books for the layman in pro-se litigation. A new entity called HOW2 is forming in Arizona, to teach seminars on pro-se representation, as well as providing high-powered document preparation in several areas, including Domestic Relations, Juvenile Dependency, Appeals, defending against false allegations of abuse, etc. Eventually, HOW2 will be publishing pro-se HOW2 books as well.
