This works well for most situations. However, it doesn't do well in our
situation. Our document standard has this layout:
Chapter#
This is the heading text
When we tried the styleref code, it picks up the with the text,
which is not what we want in the footer. We've adopted cross references to
heading text as the standard in our footers. Its worked well for us.
