Well, I say there is one. I quote the Swedish Windows World (a magazine in 
he
IDG Communications Group), no 2 1996:
"...IDG has got exclusive rights to distribute a special version of Delphi in
Sweden, that contains mostly of what's in the normal version. It is however
limited in the way that it isn't possible to create any executable files with
its help..."
Whether IDG has the right to spread this Demo to people outside Sweden or 
ot,
I can't say. However, I think so, since the program is said to be on their
