Since I was using 2.50, this was not available, and the docs of
course made no mention of the btexit*.* file. However, with the help and
advice of the folks here, I upgraded to 2.60 and found the necessary docs.

Because I didn't know there was a solution internal to Binkley, and
I thought I would have to institute an OS solution.
