-> TW> I undersatand they are not all that great of a spark plus either -> TW> becasue I hear they refered top as SH** Fires quite regulalry. :-) -> TW> :-) I was a dedicated NGK man in my auto Repair days. Did 99% of my -> TW> own for over 45 years. -> NGK? Really? I've never used them, myself. Ran into those when I was -> dealing with "outdoor power equipment" parts... For most of what I do Autolite -> seems to be quite satisfactory. And I *won't* use Champion plugs at all... I started using them in my Honda 250 Motorcycle. Likes them so well that was what I always used when I was changing plugs. Like you I never likes Champions. They had a Crummy plating and tended to Seize in Aluminum Heads. Although I did run Chanpion UL-15Y's in my Corvair. the Aux Gap inside the plug hepled with misfiring. Used to run the car a little rich to squeeze the last bit of power out of it. It was the 4 Carb Corsa model. Adn the plugs tended to load up untill I took it out on the road and gave it an "Italian Tuneup" :-) :-) --- Platinum Xpress/Win/WINServer v3.0pr5* Origin: Shakey Jake's *ALL FREE BBS* Santee, CA (1:202/1324) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 202/1324 10/3 106/2000 633/267 |
