Ok. Did you ask your ISP what MTU they have you set for ? Most terminal
servers can set MTU by user, especially if they are using RADIUS, but
ISPs don't tend to use it. We've got tons of customers using NT and
don't have this problem. I suspect your ISP may have something non-
standard configured at their location.
