Massachusetts *seems* to be fairly progressive on that issue, though
I'm far from well-versed in the subject.  And the natural gas unit
looks to be an even better bet.  Quieter, more efficient, and longer
service intervals.  I expect to talk with the fellow from R. A.
Mitchell soon and will follow up on it.
