Well, I managed to find four books at the petshop. Two of which were
informative, and two of which were a waste of money. One was a book on
parrot behavior problems, but it contained plenty of info on what the
author feels is normal parrot behavior. The other was a book on parrots
in general and covered training, feeding, breeding, etc. However, it
was published in 1986, so I don't really know if it is current info.
Of course, there were conflicting opinions on some things. :-)
I will hit the bookstores and other places to look for more books. 
The place I went to did not sell Bird Talk.
