They refer me to my local IBM center (Sydney). IBM Sydney says it's $600
and includes event support of some kind. I can't seem to get it to them
that I'm not INTERESTED in support (for support on this type of thing I
just pester people in echos like this one ;-), I just want the DDK etc.
