I never had any luck with TIMESRV either Jeff. I thought it was pretty crude.
Anyhow, I got a program off of WWW.SHAREWARE.COM call Atomtime. Works fine in 
NT 4.0 and W95. I use it with WINAT schedular to set the time to the atomic 
clock in colorado every day. You can set it up to use a proxy server, which 
when used with something that will dial on demand like WINGATE, it will work 
fine through a dialup connection also.
My archive of it is called ATMTM14.ZIP (105k). You can freq it here or get it 
from the internet. Might be that WWW.SHAREWARE.COM has a newer version of it 
now.
