While performing dangerous stunts on his Mountain Bike, Michael had this to

I have heard that my favorite spot to ride (Mount Snow VT) is the BLACK FLIE 
CAPITOL!   Dang... I love that place, but the flies I can do without.

Or at least gives you an excuse to yell at the slackers in your group things 
like:   "Meeting ajouned" as you ride away from them while they are catching 
their breath
