Sleebee is at best guess five years old. The lady who gave here to us
moved here form Calf, and can't remember for sure when she got sleebee
she told me she had the papers some where in all the boxes and when she
got around to them she would give them to me. I told the Vet this and
she said Sleebee looked to be around four or five. She also does much
better with the up command, you don't realy have to say up as she starts
lifting the leg the minute you start moving your hand in her direction.
When setting in the living room watching T.V she will come out with up
up up up trying to get me to pick her up. She is picking up new words
almost ever day. She calls my wifes name a lot she says hello Alice or
come'er Alice fresh water please could I have a piece of bread hello
good bye stop it shut up I love you come'er help let me out of here and
she can whistle part of yanke doodle. There are other words she says and
quite a few little sounds around the house she has picked up, She calls
our Dog then tells it go away uggly dog.... If I have her on my
hand
when the phone rings and I talk to long she will try and take some flesh
so I will put her down when I answer the phone. She also will put her
beek around my finger if I stoop to pet the Dog and start puting pressure
on to let me know I should be giving her all my attention. She is a lot
of bird and has became the center around which the rest of the house moves
I can't imagine how we ever lived with out a bird friend, she is realy a
lot of company to the Wife when I am at work, (even though she will not
let Alice pick her up) she sets and talks with her changes here water and
gives her fresh foods all day, Alice realy loves her and I hope thay can
come to terms. Well gota go see ya later and thanks for the Chat.
