I don't think so. At least not to most Americans I know. I know people here
considered it a landmark but I really don't think it was symbolic to us any
more than a skyscraper in any other city is symbolic.

Am I wrong people? Nolly, was WTC symbolic to you in some way other than as
a skyline landmark kind of thing? Did it represent something to you like
the Statue of Liberty does?
