The Plutonium PAK is an addon for the orginal registered v1.3d.   It will
upgrade you to the new "Atomic Edition", which has an all new fourth episode
with new graphics, sounds, music, monsters, etc...
If you don't have ANY Duke Nukem 3D, you'll want the Atomic Edition CD, which
is the old v1.3d game with the Plutonium PAK already built into it.
