How are you today Jim ? JH> When I was running a similar setup here, that passive heatsink on the JH> P266 got pretty _hot_ to the touch after some hours, when out in the JH> open. I leaned a little fan against it for awhile, and it was then JH> barely warm. I think with a well-ventilated case, cpu heat buildup JH> won't be a problem at all. Great minds again. I did the same here. I leaned that 3" fan against it, it rested on the DIMMs sticks and was quite cool. That system is gone now and the new owner wrote yesterday that he was very happy with it. It replaces a M*c. 1 for Jean, 0 for M*c ! ___ Blue Wave/QWK v2.12 --- Platinum Xpress/Win/WINServer v3.0pr5* Origin: Try Our Web Based QWK: DOCSPLACE.ORG (1:123/140) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 123/140 500 106/2000 633/267 |
