How are you today Matt ?

One thing that I just noticed concerning an ATX PS. If I take the grid
power off the system, when I turn it on next time, the putor needs not
a push to start, on the facia switch. It comes on as soon as the wall
power bar switch is turned on. I am right in presuming that the PS has
to be held in a St-by state, thus needs to be "gridded" all the time ?
