How are you today Matt ? MM> In the ATX case, the MM> board has to be able to turn on the power supply, which turns on the MM> power to the board to turn on the PS, etc., etc. One big vicious MM> circle! :-(( ................... One thing that I just noticed concerning an ATX PS. If I take the grid power off the system, when I turn it on next time, the putor needs not a push to start, on the facia switch. It comes on as soon as the wall power bar switch is turned on. I am right in presuming that the PS has to be held in a St-by state, thus needs to be "gridded" all the time ? ___ Blue Wave/QWK v2.12 --- Platinum Xpress/Win/WINServer v3.0pr5* Origin: Try Our Web Based QWK: DOCSPLACE.ORG (1:123/140) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 123/140 500 106/2000 633/267 |
