After keying all the cars in the lot, Richard had this to say to Bill
Arlofski:
RG> I know how your butt must feel.
:) Actually, that does not hurt as I am soft on my butt, hard on my legs.
I try to keep the legs as suspension, and use butt only when necessary.
RG> I started on my trainer a couple of weeks ago and those muscles in my
RG> backside cry out for help. It takes awhile until they develope and are
RG> able to support ones entire body weight on such a small surface area.
I went on two short, but diverse rides over this past weekend and the first
one was really a killer... Can you you O2 depletion... My LUNGS and my entire
body was swearing in all known languages at me!
RG> Good luck .
Hopefully, now that I have OFFICIALLY switched my beverage of choice from
Murhy's Irish Stout to WATER or Orange Juice (tropicana pure premium of
course), I will get rid of this "beer baby" and get my a$$ back into shape.
Enjoy!
