| subject: | Bye-Bye LFNs? |
G'day Jasen! =>1 use a move tool to move the files and subdiirectories one at a time to a => new location and then move them back, the LFNs will "fall off". => =>2 use the dos defrag tool. but first edit the config file to turn off LFN => support. Two good suggestion, tanks! I 'spose when you say `a move tool' you mean not the internal `move' command, but to use an older move prog which doesn't know about LFNs? We've been using version 2.?? of Pkzip to archive the works, delete everything which is not a Zip, and then unzip, but it's a pain!
