Paul, you have the USR Courier on today, right?

Using -10dBm as the transmit level:

    # 02 Mar 12:09:20 BINK Connect 26400/Lap-M/V.42Bis/V.34

Using -9dBm as the transmit level:

    # 02 Mar 13:57:41 BINK Connect 26400/Lap-M/V.42Bis/V.34

Using -8dBm as the transmit level:

    # 02 Mar 14:02:26 BINK Connect 26400/Lap-M/V.42Bis/V.34

Oh this is getting ridiculous;  the Courier is broken in this instance as
even calling Queensland and Cowra saw an improvement with -9dBm.  I'm going
back to -11dBm to keep Fuzzbell happy.

FWIW, I've been getting receive levels from you around -25dBm today.
