EC> The listing expired at the end of the month. What day did
BK> The month it expired in was *NOT* 2007.
It expired on July 31, 2007, which led you and Lofaso to act in early
August. This was the listing that expired:

Lofaso grabbed the echo on August 12. Roger Nelson had been actively
participating in the echo right along, other than a week or so when his
computer crashed. Lofaso even responded to one of his posts on August
11, without a hint of what he was going to do the next day.
But maybe the most prophetic line was July 23, just a week before the
listing expired. Roger commented to Lofaso "so far, you have not
offended the moderator." Lofaso's response to Roger was "Hmmm. I'm
gonna have to work on that." And he did. It was planned. The only part
that you and Lofaso could fill in is to clarify which of you initiated the
action and which of you just followed along.
