Good Luck Just tried "start 1" in the lord directory, and it hangs Opening "door.sys" There is a door.sys file for node1 in c:\doors\node1 Not sure that this is meaningfull or not, might be some other that I am not aware of/overlooking. Will check my paths again, maybe I will find the "culprit" that has been passing under my eye un-noticed thus far.
