That's pretty much the story I've heard from your compatriots like Paul
and Ernie.
Much like what I say about longarms here. There's no law against walking
around downtown with a shotgun or rifle on your shoulder here, but I
wouldn't try it. I'm sure the police could think of something to charge
you with; there are several laws whose descriptions are sufficiently
vague that they might even convince a D.A. to prosecute on that charge.
