Almost EXACTLY the same way SIO was setup, except you just load the program at
start (windows startup -- in system tray), and use any FOSSIL (DOS or windows 
based).  That is the only major difference.  Otherwise, a virtual comport is a
virtual comport.  Maybe one day I'll write something up.
