Hi Rod,

Well, I finally managed to get on to both CHH lines, and it would seem that
the Courier is not currently being used.  Both Rockwells (that's obvious
from the 16-state trellis coding stats), but line 1 completely failed to
negotiate 3 times, until I dropped back to V.34 14400, while Line 2
connected OK at V.34, but at a less than perfect link rate.  Line levels
were shit, too.

A decent Tx level from the Sportster, but have a look at the Rx level.  No
wonder the connect failed.  Also failed to negotiate compression as well.
