 TW> Well sometimes Win98 just decided it is NOT going ot Shut down
 TW> typicaly hangs up on the Win98 Shutting Down screen.

 I do not recall any of this in Win98SE, Tom. Just this morning, on W2K,
 (but I do not think that it has anything to do with it), after upgrading
 ZA to the .211 version, it said " do I want to shut down ? " routine
 and it would not restart. I find that this is the case whenever doing
 an upgrade for ZA. I hit the switch and all was fine on reboot.
