Terry, $20 mil isn't within reason. His asking price wasn't that far from 
what they offered ($8.5 mil) and that never changed from the last one that 
Cleveland offered in spring training ($42.5 over 5 years). If he had gotten 
his $10 mil, I have no doubt that not only would he have signed, he'd have 
allowed it to go from $7.5 mil to whatever figure they could bear in the 
final year of the contract (Like the contract that Fielder signed with 
Detroit and Barry Bonds signed in San Francisco) to allow them to sign new 
free agents and their own.
