Hi Larry,
    Without quoting all, it is the best suggestion I have seen yet.  It makes 
sense, and I will work with it, but I am not sure about the keys.  At this 
time, I don't have problems, so I don't need to use keys.  All my callers 
have equal access at Normal level and above.  The only difference I use is 
time.
With the Internet claiming most of our callers, the few I have are no 
roblem.
I can probably work it out without the use of keys, but I may decide to do it 
with keys anyway as an option to prevent problems.
    Thanks, very much.  It is a bit complicated but interesting way of 
handling it.
