 At no point in that msg did you identify yourself as the author.
 Which is why it is not an accusation of plagiarism to say you
 had to use another's words.

 Yet, when John Massey posted material that was from others, and
 I pointed out that, by your standards that was plagiarism, you
 said it wasn't.

 Again, you just convicted yourself.

 Oh, and I pointed this out years ago, including the definition
 from Black's Law Dictionary.
