If it is written in a public echo, then it is deemed to be PD anyway.

I have (on other occasions) told Artie that if he wishes to use any of
my ravings in CN  (Commodore Network) that he is free to do so.
Same applies to you..  if you see fit to include this stuff in
"Everything you wanted to know about computers" then you are welcome to
plagarise it.
