yes i agree with you. It's a sad fact that international SW broadcasters 
budgets are suffering across the globe. In the case of Canada that one's been 
struggling for years. I thought I heard today on RCI's mailbag program that 
they were however QSLing directly, ie for reports addressed to RCI.
