You would be right.  On one occasion she commented that Bob would be a
better choice THAN HER, because she thought he had experience at
moderating.  On another occasion she said that "Bob if you want to moderate
this echo, fine."  Neither one is really an act of
"nominating" him as the
best person for the position.

And she later regretted even those lukewarm comments.  Cindy to Bob:

Before you go taking any debate courses though, I suggest you alter your
attitude toward the people you have so obviously deomonized. The
"Nasties" ....You give them far too much credit and for that you get
