Correct.  It never has been up to me to decide which echos "get to stay" and
which are abandoned and cut from lists.

Perhaps.. I still get jokes from people and other information they would like
printed however so it works for me.  Sometimes people just like to lurk in an
echo and I have no problems with that either.
