I teach quality principles at the junior level in college.
Approximately 25 percent of my semester is spent on various elememts of
Quality Air Force. It's always relevant to bring in examples from the
business community to illustrate either how well or how poorly a
particular concept is being applied in the "real world". Since the
basis of the model came from business, it's good to follow the current
commentary as well.
Too, since it was an article used in reference to the discussion we
were having, I'd like to read the full article to appreciate William's
point of view.
