Well sometimes Win98 just decided it is NOT going ot Shut down typicaly
hangs up on the Win98 Shutting Down screen. THWIS is Even after
following ALL the instructions in the MS knowledge base AND installing
the Shutdown Patch. 
Then one needs to do a Power Shutdown and HOPE something dosen't get
scrambled by the Scan Disk that rund o nthe next boot up.
