subject: GIO errors

Just tried out the IO library, GIO2. From the documentation, it
looks to be very useful, but I seem to be running into a problem. When I
attempt to do a ComOpen(...), it always returns an error. Namely FF00+781
(66061). This isn't a documented error, and I always seem to get it. What
does it mean, and any ideas on how to solve it?
